Shipping policy
After your order is placed there is a processing time of 24-72 business hours. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.
*Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales i.e. Black Friday or holiday sales.
Note: We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
Please note we are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS or UPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office or UPS and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.
*You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking info to update.
*Please exclude processing time when calculating your package date of arrival. Delivery time begins after your tracking information is received.
*We do not manually input shipping addresses they are exported from one database to another. Please ensure your shipping address is correct upon receiving your order confirmation email.
*If an error is made please email lyiagranger08@gmail.com within 5 hours of confirmation email as once we process orders for shipment no changes can be made.
'NIS' - NOT IN STOCK -If an item is out of stock it is immediately refunded. If you receive a partial shipment the item missing in your order is refunded at the time of shipment. An email is sent out when an item is refunded.
Please allow a standard 3-10 Business Days to see the refund post to your bank account.
